All Wilderness Workshop sessions are being held through Zoom. Please note that, in order to protect the workshop from bots or intruders, each workshop session will have a different Zoom link. This means that you will need to follow a separate link for each session. Links will be provided to you in three different ways:
- A PDF or word document of the agenda with links.
- Daily emails with links for that day's sessions.
- Calendar invites with links for each session.
Zoom can be accessed two ways: via electronic video and phone call. If you choose to call in, you will not be able to see the presenter or presentation, but you will be able to hear it. In order to access the Zoom video, you will have to download Zoom to your computer before joining the video call. Instructions on how to use Zoom can be found here.
As we have a large group (approaching 400 people), Zoom etiquette is important. Upon joining the workshop, you will automatically be muted. Please keep yourself muted during presentation portions of sessions, and unmute yourself during interactive and discussion portions. If you have a question, please use the chat box function (rather than unmuting yourself and asking verbally or electronically raising your hand). Two people will be managing the chat box for each session, and your question will be answered as quickly as possible.
